It depends on your transaction volume, how complex your books are, and how much you want me involved beyond the books themselves. Monthly bookkeeping starts at $350 a month, and most clients land between $350 and $1,000 depending on those factors. Catch-up and cleanup is quoted separately based on scope. I price by flat fee wherever possible, so you always know what to expect, with no surprise hourly bills.

They do different jobs, and most businesses benefit from both. I handle the ongoing work: recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and producing accurate monthly financials. Your CPA uses those clean books to file your taxes and advise on tax strategy. Good bookkeeping makes your CPA's job faster and easier, which often means lower fees at tax time.

Usually, yes. Most CPAs focus on tax filing and advisory, not day-to-day bookkeeping. When the year-end books arrive clean and reconciled, your CPA can do their work efficiently instead of cleaning up first. I work alongside your CPA, not in place of them.

Each month I categorize your transactions and reconcile every account, then send you a clear set of reports: profit and loss, balance sheet, and a cash flow summary. You end up with books that are organized and ready the moment you need them, whether that's for a loan, a tax deadline, or simply knowing where your business stands.

Yes. The monthly work happens remotely in QuickBooks Online and Xero. I'm based in Little Chute and can meet in person with businesses around the Fox Valley. I also work with clients across Green Bay and the rest of the country.

A ProAdvisor is a bookkeeper or accountant certified by Intuit in QuickBooks Online. I'm a certified ProAdvisor and I'm also Payroll certified, which together cover complex setup, troubleshooting, and reporting. In practice it means I know the software deeply and can get your file structured correctly from the start.

Yes, and there's no judgment here. Whether you're a few months behind or you inherited someone else's mess, I'll bring your books current, correct miscategorizations, and get you back on solid footing. Catch-up and cleanup is scoped and quoted separately from ongoing work.

It's straightforward. It starts with a discovery call to understand your setup, I review your current QuickBooks Online or Xero file, and I map out a clean transition so nothing falls through the cracks. You won't have to manage the handoff yourself.

I'm based in Wisconsin and work with small businesses across the Fox Cities and Green Bay, as well as clients throughout the United States. All work is done remotely through QuickBooks Online and Xero, with optional in-person meetings for businesses local to the Fox Valley.

Call or text me at (920) 768-6373, or schedule a 30-minute discovery call. No pressure, no commitment, just a conversation about your business and your bookkeeping needs. From there I'll put together a proposal scoped to what you need.

Yes. I work in both QuickBooks Online and Xero. If your books are in Xero, I can take over the monthly work there. If you are on QuickBooks Online and want to move to Xero, I handle that migration as a separate project.

Bookkeeping usually comes with dread: the scramble, the mess, the stress every tax season. Levity is the opposite. Serious, accurate books that lift that weight off your plate. Serious books, lighter load.
